"I was so into it I forgot to eat anything"When you are at your peak of focus, dedication, discipline and 100% excited about what you are doing and you clearly see your goal, your dream then basic needs or comforts or people's perceptions stop registering in your brain.
- You forget to eat
- You forget to shower
- You forget to change cloths
- You forget to go get a drink with your friends
- You forget you have family
This can be an intense afternoon or an intense full night of work without sleep or this can be an intense week or a month - it all depends on what intensity means to each person. But it is TOTALLY OK to fully focus on yourself for a certain period of time in exchange for a brighter future and if you are happier and more successful as an outcome:
- You can eat later you will not die
- Your family will understand and support you
- Your REAL friends will also understand and fully support you, but your FAKE friends will go *poof* which is better for you anyway
When your body and mind is 100% into your project you will accidentally forget to eat for as long as that focus is maintained (can be few days even).
It is TOTALLY OK to be temporarily selfish for the better future of yourself and your future radiating of positive energy to your friends and family!
